Workshop Terms & Conditions

Payment and Cancellation Policy

To secure your spot in the Workshop a deposit is required upon registration.

To safeguard your non-refundable expenses like flights and lodging, we strongly advise securing travel insurance. It is a budget friendly option that is simple to acquire. Please note that if you opt out, you assume all financial risk for cancellations or disruptions.

The cost for individual Landscape and Nature Photography Workshops (the “Workshop”) by Paul Farace Photography is identified under “Instruction” on each specific Workshop page. This Instruction cost remains subject to this Payment & Cancellation Policy and our website's general Terms & Conditions.

Two payment options are available for the Instruction fee: pay in full upon registration, or pay a deposit now and settle the balance 60 days prior to the Workshop start date. Failure to pay the full Instruction fee by this due date may result in the cancellation of your spot and the retention of all payments made by Paul Farace Photography.

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify Paul Farace Photography by email. Your cancellation date is based on the timestamp when the email is sent. Refunds are issued based on the timeline below:

More than 90 days before the Workshop: Fully refundable, minus a $300 administrative fee.

60 to 90 days before the Workshop: Your deposit is non-refundable, and you are not responsible for the remaining balance. If your spot is refilled, you will receive a full refund minus a $300 administrative fee.

30 to 60 days before the Workshop: You will forfeit 75% of your total payment. If we can fill your spot, you will get a full refund minus a $300 administrative fee (though filling spots on short notice is rare).

Less than 30 days before the Workshop: No refunds will be given. If your spot is refilled, you will receive a full refund minus a $300 administrative fee (though filling spots on such short notice is highly unlikely).

Should uncontrollable events like inclement weather or travel restrictions prevent a Workshop from running, the event will be postponed to the subsequent year. To safeguard your travel investments, we highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance and avoiding non-refundable airfare.
